Please note, prior to sending in your unit, PID Analyzers requests that you fill out a Return Authorization checklist to include with your unit. This will ensure that we return your unit with the same parts that they arrived at the factory. Click here for the printable checklist that you will include with your unit when shipping it to PID Analyzers.

ALL UNITS, INCLUDING HARD CARRY CASE MUST BE PROPERLY PACKAGED IN BOXES WITH AT LEAST 200 lbs EDGE CRUCH TEST. WE WILL LEVY AN ADDITIONAL $15 HANDLING CHARGE TO OUR CUSTOMERS WHO DO NOT USE APPROVED SHIPPING BOXES. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU INSURE YOUR UNIT FOR AT LEAST $2000.

Shortly afterward, you will receive an email from our service department with your return authorization number. If you have entered any questions, they will be answered in the email from our service department.

The Clean and Calibrate service is $229.00, not including shipping charges. However, parts, if needed, are billed at cost. Additional work will be charged at a rate of $95 per hour. We will only preform work upon our customer's signing and faxing back to PID Analyzers, LLC, the repair authorization form that we will fax to you upon evaluating your instrument. If service is declined, we charge a $95 evaluation fee.
