We provide a standard, annual clean and calibration that includes a factory calibration certificate which is valid for one year and very good for your instruments' service record. The clean/calibrate/evaluate charge is $229.00. All parts necessary for proper instrument function are billed at cost. Repair work is billed at an hourly rate of $95.00/hour.
A comprehensive Repair Estimate is faxed to the end user prior to work being performed. If you decline a repair there is a $95.00 evaluation fee per unit and no certificate is provided.
If you have multiple users on the same equipment or work daily/weekly with contaminated soil and/or water please ask us about our service contracts so we can help you maintain a low cost of hnu pid ownership!
